Terms of use
These terms cover your use of the Cafemanagee website. They are not the subscription agreement for the POS, messaging or branded app. That agreement is provided if you decide to go ahead after a demo.
Updated
The website
The pages on this site describe Cafemanagee’s cafe management software. Examples, including receipts, stamp cards and message previews, are illustrations. They are not a promise that your menu, hardware or WhatsApp templates will look identical, and they are not a quote.
Demo requests
Booking a time on the calendar is a request for a conversation. It does not create a contract to supply software, hardware, messaging or a published app. Pricing, timing and scope are confirmed separately.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to break it, or send unlawful content through the booking calendar or WhatsApp link. You may share links to public pages. You may not copy the site design or text and present it as your own product.
Liability
The website is provided as available information. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make solely from these pages without a scoped proposal. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms and the privacy policy as the site changes. The date at the top of the page is the latest update. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms for the website.
