A cafe POS fails when a flat white needs six taps. In Cafemanagee, size, milk, shots, temperature and syrups are modifiers with the prices you already use. The ticket shows the drink the way the barista called it, and the receipt shows the way the customer was charged.
Table and counter service both work. Split a bill, add a tip, and take card, cash or wallet without leaving the order.
Offline mode when the Wi-Fi drops
Morning service should not stop because the router does. The cafe POS keeps taking orders offline and syncs tickets, payments and stamps once the connection returns.

The order is the source of truth. A stamp lands on the member profile, an 86 on the menu updates the QR code menu, and an order-ready WhatsApp or SMS can go out when the drink is on the bar. You do not export a CSV into a second app to make that happen.
