Kitchen display system

A kitchen display system for the bar and the pass

Paper tickets vanish under cups. Cafemanagee’s kitchen display system sends drink tickets to the bar screen and food tickets to the kitchen or a printer, with timers so the team can see what is late.

Updated

The right ticket on the right screen

A latte with an extra shot should not be buried under a brunch ticket. You choose what the bar sees and what the kitchen sees. Modifiers from the cafe POS stay on the ticket, so oat milk and no ice are not shouted across the room.

  • Separate screens or printers for drinks and food
  • Timers on tickets that are waiting
  • Orders from the counter, QR tables and the branded app
  • Sold-out items stopped before they become tickets

Useful on a two-till Saturday

During the rush the display sorts the queue. During a quiet hour it is simply where order-ahead cups wait with a name on them. At close, those tickets are already in the day’s sales report.

FAQ

Common questions

Can drinks and food go to different screens?

Yes. Route drink tickets to the bar display and food tickets to a kitchen screen or printer.

Does order-ahead show up on the KDS?

Yes. App, QR and counter orders land in the same queue, with the modifiers the customer chose.

Do I still need printers?

Only where paper helps. Many bars run a display for drinks and a printer for food. We connect the hardware you want during setup.
